"Learn to be present and live the moment"
Learn and practice mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction skills.
5-week program, meet virtually for 1 hour per week.
​Sessions are held on Wednesdays
FREE (OHIP-covered, must have a valid health card)
Times available: 9:15-10:15 am, or 10:30-11:30 am or 12 -1 pm.
